1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Basa9 ("we", "the Platform") and the user ("you", "member"). Basa9 is an online gaming platform operated under an international gaming license.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Basa9 may request identity verification at any time. You may be required to submit a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Basa9 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

• Only one account is permitted per person — if multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all will be closed.
• Registering with false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing account access with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All deposits to Basa9 must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Cancelling a bonus will result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.
• Attempting to withdraw your bonus balance before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be permanently closed.

5 Gaming Rules

All games available on Basa9 are powered by licensed third-party game providers. Each game's RTP (Return to Player) and rules are accessible within the game itself.

• Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the result will typically be available once you reconnect.
• Any bet placed during a technical fault may be voided and the stake refunded.
• Basa9 reserves the right to void any abnormally large winnings resulting from a system error or software bug.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Basa9 and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate or fix game outcomes.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to Basa9's systems.

8 Responsible Gaming
