Basa9 offers two options for deactivating your account — temporary suspension and permanent closure.

Temporary Suspension (Cooling-off):
Log in and go to "Settings" > "Responsible Gaming" > "Cooling-off" and choose your preferred option. You can set a break lasting anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks. During this period, logging in or placing bets will not be possible.

Permanent Closure (Self-Exclusion):
You can activate self-exclusion for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years. To close your account permanently, email [email protected]. If you have a remaining balance, you'll be given the opportunity to withdraw it first.

Withdrawing from Basa9 is simple. Just follow the steps below:

• Log in and go to the "Wallet" or "Withdrawal" section.
• Enter amount — minimum ৳500, maximum ৳50,000 Per transaction.
• Choose your payment method: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Islami Bank Transfer.
• Confirm your account number and submit.

How long does it take?

• BKash / Nagad / Rocket: usually 15 minutes – 2 hours
• Islami Bank Transfer: 2–6 business hours
• If KYC verification hasn't been completed, you'll need to do that before your first withdrawal.

Some details can be updated directly from your account settings, while others require assistance from our support team.

You can change this yourself:

• Profile photo and display name (nickname).
• Email address (OTP verification required).
• Password and security question.
• Communication preferences (notifications on/off).

Changes must be made through support:

• Changing your registered mobile number requires OTP verification for both the old and new numbers, plus a scanned copy of your NID.
• Full name — changes are only possible after KYC verification and for valid reasons.
• Date of birth — once set, this generally cannot be changed. If there's an error, contact [email protected].

Basa9's loyalty program has 5 tiers in total. You earn points on every bet, and your tier is determined by your accumulated points.

• Bronze: All members start at this tier upon registration. Monthly cashback rate: 3%.
• Silver: Unlocked at 1,000 points. Includes 5% bonus and faster withdrawals.
• Gold (Gold): At 5,000 points: 7% cashback, weekly special offers, and priority support.
• Platinum: At 20,000 points: 10% cashback, a dedicated account manager, and access to exclusive tournaments.
• Diamond: At 50,000+ points. Maximum benefits — 15% cashback, higher withdrawal limits, and a special birthday gift.

To redeem points, log in and go to the "Rewards" section. 100 points = ৳10 bonus.

Basa9's Sports Betting section lets you bet on 20+ sports, including football, cricket, tennis, and basketball.

Steps to get started:

• After logging in, click the "Sports" tab in the navigation menu.
• Choose your sport — such as cricket > IPL, Bangladesh Premier League, or international matches.
• Select an event, add it to your bet slip, enter your stake, and confirm.

Odds are displayed in decimal format. With the live betting option, you can place bets on ongoing matches in real time. The minimum bet amount is typically ৳50 Starting from.

Basa9 is fully committed to responsible gaming. All protection tools are available under "Settings" > "Responsible Gaming".

Available tools:

• Deposit limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.
• Betting limit: Set a maximum stake limit per bet before you start playing.
• Session time: Set a daily play time limit — once the time is up, you'll automatically see a break reminder.
• Reality check: Get periodic reminders showing how long you've been playing and how much you've spent.
• Cooling-Off: A break of 1–42 days. Once activated, it cannot be cancelled before the period ends.
• Self-exclusion: Full account lock for 6 months to 5 years.
